Program Intervensi Promosi Kesehatan Yang Efektif Mengurangi Perilaku Merokok Di Kalangan Wanita : Literature Review

Abstract

Merokok masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang signifikan di kalangan wanita, yang berkontribusi terhadap berbagai penyakit kronis dan hasil yang merugikan. Program promosi kesehatan yang efektif sangat penting dalam mengatasi masalah ini, dengan menggunakan intervensi yang disesuaikan untuk mengurangi tingkat merokok dan meningkatkan kesehatan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program promosi kesehatan dalam mengurangi perilaku merokok di kalangan wanita. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain systematic review dan mencari artikel dari beberapa database yaitu PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane Library, dan Google Scholar dengan memasukkan kata kunci dengan menggunakan kata kunci women AND smoking cessation AND community health promotion, didapatkan jumlah artikel sebanyak 2.558. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyaring artikel menggunakan tools Rayyan untuk cek duplikasi, review berdasarkan judul dan abstrak, terakhir review fulltext artikel. Jumlah akhir artikel yang masuk untuk kriteria review ada 9 artikel. Hasil dari penelitian-penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program promosi kesehatan dapat secara signifikan mengurangi tingkat merokok di kalangan wanita, terutama jika program tersebut disesuaikan dengan konteks budaya dan sosial tertentu. Namun, efektivitas program-program ini dapat bervariasi tergantung pada faktor-faktor seperti intensitas intervensi, durasi program, dan karakteristik populasi sasaran. Kesimpulannya, program promosi kesehatan memiliki potensi untuk secara efektif mengurangi perilaku merokok di kalangan wanita, namun keberhasilannya bergantung pada pendekatan komprehensif yang membahas berbagai faktor dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan spesifik populasi sasaran.
